When Greg and I hung this mirror up on our mantel, the first thing we noticed was how it reflected nothing but plain beige walls and our lovely air vent. Since then, I've been on a mission to either a) hang something pretty on the wall opposite the mirror or b) cover the mirror with something equally pretty to draw attention away from the problem. A couple of weeks ago when I saw this wreath idea from BHG, I knew that I had my answer! It's made using upholstery webbing, which Nancy kindly bought for me from the Wal-Mart down the road from her (the only one in the area that still sells fabric). I just love how pretty, yet rustic, it is!

Who knew a few yards of upholstery webbing and a foam wreath could make a girl so happy??

Your comment on Shannon's mantle sparked my interest and I had to stop over for a visit. I just recently did a post about my mantle, the not-so-nice reflections in my mirror, and my solution - ha. Cute wreath!
